Come along to the Carers Centre to talk to local MPs
This year for #CarersRightsDay we are recognising the significant contribution Carers make to our communities and focusing on the rights and supports needed to ensure their health and wellbeing are protected and their human rights are upheld.
We would like to invite Unpaid Carers to meet with local MPs, MSPs and Counsellors to share their experience of caring and the challenges they face. We will be asking these local representatives to commit to actions to support unpaid Carers, including supporting the right to breaks from caring and increased financial support.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Renfrewshire Carers Centre on the 15th November at 1pm. If you’d like to attend, please contact Carers Support Manager Jane on jane@renfrewshirecarers.org.uk or by calling 0141 887 3643 and dialling extension: 2016.
