Training Wellbeing – Relax, repair, feel better on Zoom

We will work on ways to relax body and mind to create a calm and restful state.
This prompts repair and helps bring you back into balance. Instead of being ‘alert’ we become at ease.

We aid our immune system, we boost our energy, we build our resilience and patience.
