Training Wellbeing – De-stress using simple mindfulness skills on Zoom

In this practical session:

  • We will use a combination of activities such as relaxation, meditation, breathing techniques, self-massage, mindfulness, self-compassion, and other methods.
  • Give yourself some personal space – a little quiet time just for you!
